Entry / Mid Level Manufacturing Skill Sets required. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary Job is assembling or preparing components for assembly using your hands.
• Restock various components. 
• Other Duties as assigned, which may include cleaning work areas and assisting other Employees.
• You may be asked to help clean common areas such as our Kitchen, Warehouse or Bathrooms.
• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Follow directions to assemble products correctly. 
• Maintain a safe, neat and clean work area.
• Clean while working, open cases and remove debris to appropriate disposal containers.
• Ability to work independently. 
• Assist in building a positive and productive work environment. 
• Ability to stand for entire shift. 
• Ability to bend or lift to collect parts used in assembly. 

• High School Education or higher.
• Comprehend oral and written instructions. 
• Must be able to read, write, and have sufficient English reading ability to identify Supplies and various components of production items which are labeled in English. 
• Must have basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Strong Attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive processes. 
• Forklift Certification a plus. 
• CNC, Plastic Injection Molding or other related Machinery operation experience a real plus! 
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to walk and stand.  The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, handle or feel, push or pull a pallet jack with products, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions.   The employee is frequently required to climb, kneel / squat bend and carry.  The employee occasionally lifts and / or moves up to 40 pounds, and seldomly lifts and moves up to 50 pounds.   Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.   Specific Hearing, must be able to hear others above ambient Machinery and other noises in Warehouse Environment. 

Work Environment: 

Work environment can be extremely noisy at times.  The employee is occasionally required to work near Machinery and Equipment which generates noise.  There is exposure to dust and changes in weather conditions.  Employee must be able to handle stress that is involved in meeting production and quota goals daily, working along side machinery and other production areas.   Employee must be able to interact with employees at all levels.  Warehouse production environment required closed toe shoes, no sandals or flip flops.  Some production will allow you to wear shorts, but other positions will require long pants.
